Jeffrey Kadushin, a former assistant district attorney in Kings County, joined Marshall & Marshall, PLLC as an associate in 2002. A seasoned trial attorney noted for his even-keeled style, Jeffrey has practiced insurance defense for over 15 years, and has extensive experience in the defense of matters involving automobile liability, premises liability, coverage disputes, uninsured motorist/supplemental uninsured motorist, and no fault. He is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, as well as the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts.

Barbara Carabell joined Marshall & Marshall, PLLC in 2002 as an associate, and brings a wealth of experience to her role handling no-fault litigations and arbitrations. Prior to that, she spent two years defending no-fault claims on behalf of a major metropolitan area auto insurance carrier. Barbara had previously amassed over 20 years of personal injury litigation experience in all aspects of negligence matters, representing both municipal clients and insurance carriers. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the US District Courts for both the Southern and Eastern Districts.
